Before returning equipment to us for repair or servicing, please request an R&M (Repair and Modification) number by completing the appropriate enquiry form to the right.

When returning equipment for repair from outside the UK, please clearly mark all paperwork and the package with the R&M number and the following

'PLEASE IMPORT UNDER IPR CPC 51 00 000 - GOODS OF UK ORIGIN'

When returning equipment from outside the UK after rental, please clearly mark all paperwork and the package with the following

'PLEASE IMPORT UNDER IPR CPC 6123F01'

This will help customs clearance and avoid unnecessary charges.
